YoRefer is shutting down

1. What is happening

YoRefer will permanently close on 5 November 2026. New sign ups and new subscriptions are no longer available. Existing accounts and campaigns will continue to work until the shutdown date.

2. Request a data export

If you would like a copy of your data, email [email protected] before 5 November 2026.

• Send the request from the email address registered to your YoRefer account.
• Include your company name or campaign name so we can find your account.
• Requests received after the shutdown date cannot be fulfilled.

3. All data will be deleted

After 5 November 2026, all accounts and data will be permanently deleted, including campaigns, advocates, referees, referrals and rewards. This cannot be undone and we will not be able to recover it, so please request your export in good time.
